Sanitation of raw materials and auxiliary materials: avoid pollution from pesticides, veterinary drugs or other harmful substances in air, soil, water, feed, and fertilizers, and ensure the safety and sanitation of raw materials.
Enterprise design and environmental sanitation: There are no harmful gases, ash and other pollution sources around the plant. The transportation is convenient and the water source is sufficient. Other products that hinder food hygiene shall not be concurrently operated, produced or stored in the factory area.
Workshop and facility hygiene: the workshop area is compatible with the production capacity, the process flow layout is reasonable, and the drainage is unobstructed; the workshop floor is constructed with corrosion-resistant non-toxic materials, non-slip, firm, impervious to water, no water, no cracks, easy to clean and disinfect. Keep it clean; the ground drainage slope is 1-2%.
Water sanitation: Water storage facilities should be made of non-toxic and non-polluting materials and have measures to prevent pollution. It should be cleaned and disinfected regularly to avoid contamination of processing water.
Hygienic packaging, storage, and transportation: inner and outer packaging materials should be stored separately. The packaging material warehouse should be dry, ventilated, and kept clean and sanitary.
