(1) Collagen casings should be sealed and stored to prevent water volatilization and mildew. If exposed for too long, it will cause mildew and dryness of casings;
(2) If the kinking is too tight, it will cause breakage. The recommended tensile force is about 500g;
(3) The filling tube is not straight, and it is not concentric with the twister, which will cause the casing to rupture;
(4) The inner diameter of the casing and the filling pipe need to be matched. Generally, the diameter of the filling pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of the casing, so that it can move forward smoothly and automatically during the filling process;
(5) Some casings are relatively thin, but the taste will be good, but the filling speed should not be too fast to prevent breakage. In addition, pay attention to the filling weight, not too heavy;
(6) Pay attention to the proper fullness during filling, and not overfill. If there are bubbles in the filling process, the needle can be used to release the air;
(7) When the wound casing is used, it can be soaked in 30 degrees warm water for 5 minutes, the effect is better, the soaked casing cannot be stored; the shrink casing can be used directly without soaking.
