According to the GB 14967-2015 National Food Safety Standard Collagen Casing Regulations, collagen casings must meet the following conditions:
1. Raw materials
The dermal layer of fresh pig and cattle skins that have passed the quarantine inspection after dehairing treatment is prohibited from eating leather tanned by the tannery.
2. Sensory requirements
Shape: seamless tube, no holes, no adhesion.
Color: It should be translucent beige.
Odor: It should have a weak smoky smell or a unique smell of collagen.
